I have achieved membership into the Coldwell Banker International Presidents Elite team since 2015. I have been a licensed REALTOR since 1998.  This experience gives me strong organizational and communication skills needed to complete tasks that are required in today's real estate industry. My scope of sales experience revolves around residential, vacant land, farms, and commercial/industrial properties. I have experience in working with estates and with local bank owned properties. I have been a multi-million dollar producer for many years and have previous broker/owner experience. My Industrial Engineering background gives me strong estimating skills which is important in determining market value in this region.
